Squooshi Recipes | Acorn Squash, Pear, SpinachI made roasted squash for my husbands lunch and decided to make up a puree with the left overs. This turned out to be really delicious and my son keeps asking for more.  

 

approx 2c steamed/roasted acorn squash
1 large ripe pear, peeled
2c loose packed fresh spinach

 

Blend together (I used a Vitamix) adding water to reach desired consistency.
This made three large and two small Squooshi pouches.

 

Viggo thinks this is a super swingin' snack!
