At the end of dinner, almost every night, Viggo gets a really funny look on his face and starts whispering, “lemon yogurt, lemon yogurt” — it’s hilarious. He loves lemon yogurt and I love how easy it is to quickly make it and fill a Squooshi. I use plain goat yogurt but any plain yogurt works just fine. I also add a little local honey but my son is 2.5 — please use an age appropriate sweetener or none at all.
approx 1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice, plus a little more to your taste
1/4 tsp local honey
This recipe makes one small, 2.5oz, Squooshi.
