Simple, Pure & Perfect for Beginners
Single and dual-ingredient purees. Smooth as silk, easy on tiny tummies, ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 medium apple (Fuji or Gala)
- 2โ4 tbsp water, breast milk, or formula
Instructions
- Peel and cube sweet potato. Peel, core, and chop apple.
- Steam sweet potato 10 min. Add apple, steam 5 more min.
- Blend with liquid until completely smooth.
- Fill pouches and seal. Refrigerate 5 days or freeze 3 months.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 pinch dried mint or 3 fresh mint leaves
- 3โ4 tbsp water or formula
Instructions
- Steam peas 6โ8 min until bright green and tender.
- Blend with mint and liquid on high for 2 min.
- Sieve for ultra-smooth texture if needed.
- Fill pouches. Refrigerate 5 days or freeze 3 months.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 2โ3 tbsp breast milk, formula, or water
Instructions
- Scoop avocado flesh into blender. Add banana chunks.
- Add liquid and blend until completely smooth.
- Fill pouches immediately. Refrigerate 2 days. Does not freeze well.
Ingredients
- 1 small butternut squash
- 2 ripe pears
- 2โ4 tbsp water
- Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. Halve squash, brush with oil, roast cut-side down 20โ25 min.
- Peel, core, and chop pears.
- Scoop squash into blender. Add pear and water. Blend until smooth.
- Fill pouches. Refrigerate 5 days or freeze 3 months.

- 1 pear
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach
- 1 tbsp poaching liquid
Instructions
- Peel and chop pear. Poach in small amount of water until tender. Save liquid.
- Place peas and spinach in dry pan. Cook on low heat 1 minute.
- Combine all in blender with poaching liquid. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into Squooshi pouches.
Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Peel and chop pears. Poach in small water until tender.
- Wash, tip and tail green beans. Steam until tender.
- Combine pears, beans, and yogurt in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into Squooshi pouches.
Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 2 large apples
- 2 cups fresh spinach (pre-washed)
Instructions
- Steam carrots until soft.
- Add apples on top for last few minutes โ soften but not mushy.
- Puree together with raw spinach, adding steaming water as needed.
- Fill Squooshi pouches.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin, cooked
- 1 cup apple, peeled and poached
- 1 cup fresh spinach, lightly sauteed
- 1 dash cinnamon
Instructions
- Steam pumpkin until tender. Scoop from peel.
- Poach apple in small water until tender.
- Saute spinach in dry pan on low 1 minute.
- Blend all with cinnamon until smooth. Fill pouches.

More complex flavors, bigger portions, bolder ingredients. Still perfectly smooth for pouch squeezing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup oat milk or whole milk
- Optional: 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend 60 seconds until smooth.
- Fill 4 pouches. Refrigerate 3 days or freeze 1 month.
Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
- Blend spinach with liquid first until fully liquified.
- Add frozen mango, pineapple, and banana.
- Blend until completely smooth with no green flecks.
- Fill pouches. Refrigerate 3 days or freeze 1 month.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango cubes (fresh, frozen or thawed)
- 1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt
- Pinch of ground cardamom
Instructions
- Combine all in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Spoon into Squooshi pouches.
- Great to make in larger batches and freeze.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup strawberries
- 3/4 cup mango
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp flax oil per serving
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Stir in 1/2 tsp flax oil into each serving.
- Pour or spoon into Squooshi pouches.
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 handful chopped fresh spinach
- 1 scoop Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen mango
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour or spoon into favourite Squooshi.
- Enjoy now or freeze for later.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or whole milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Cook oats with liquid 5 min until thick.
- Cool slightly. Transfer to blender with banana, peanut butter, cinnamon.
- Blend 90 seconds until smooth.
- Fill pouches while warm. Refrigerate 5 days or freeze 3 months.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or whole milk
- 1 large apple, peeled and grated
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, 12M+)
Instructions
- Cook oats with liquid 5 min until thick. Stir in apple, cook 2 more min.
- Cool slightly. Blend with cinnamon and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fill pouches. Refrigerate 5 days or freeze 3 months.

- 2 small apples
- 2 medium carrots
- 1.5 cups sweet potato, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
Instructions
- Steam carrots, sweet potato and broccoli together until tender, adding apple at the very end.
- Save steaming water.
- Puree using blender with steaming water to desired consistency.
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup red lentils
- 2.5 cups water
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach or kale
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Saute onion in olive oil 5 min until soft.
- Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 min.
- Puree to desired consistency. Fill Squooshi pouches.

- 2 cups steamed or roasted acorn squash
- 1 large ripe pear, peeled
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
Instructions
- Blend all together, adding water to reach desired consistency.

Squeezable Snacks They'll Beg to Pack
All still smooth and squeezable โ just bigger, bolder flavors perfect for lunchboxes and on the go.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 roasted red pepper (jarred is fine)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small garlic clove
- 3โ4 tbsp water
Instructions
- Blend all on high 2โ3 min until completely smooth.
- Add water a tbsp at a time for squeezable consistency.
- Fill pouches. Refrigerate 5 days.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (optional, 12M+)
Instructions
- Blend strawberries until smooth. Add yogurt and blend.
- Pour into bowl and stir in chia seeds.
- Refrigerate 20 min to thicken. Stir, then fill pouches.
- Refrigerate 4 days.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Optional: 1/4 cup butternut squash puree for hidden veggies
Instructions
- Cook macaroni very soft. Drain.
- Add butter, milk, cheese over low heat. Stir until melted.
- Transfer to blender. Blend 2 min until smooth.
- Add more milk for squeezable consistency.
- Fill pouches while warm. Refrigerate 4 days or freeze 2 months.

- 4 apples, 10 strawberries, 1/2 tsp lemon, 4 tsp maple syrup, 3 drops vanilla
Peach Applesauce
- 4 apples, 2 peaches, 1/2 tsp lemon, 4 tsp honey
Carrot Applesauce
- 4 apples, 2 carrots, 1/4 tsp stevia, dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel and chop all apples and carrots. Steam until tender. Add apple at very end.
- Chop strawberries. Steam peaches until tender.
- Divide apples into 3 portions and blend with each set of secondary ingredients.
- Each recipe fills 3 large pouches. Freeze up to 2 months.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups vanilla coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp agave
- 2 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Combine all in a mason jar. Seal and shake well.
- Refrigerate 30 min, shake again to distribute chia evenly.
- Refrigerate 4โ6 hours or overnight.
- Spoon into Squooshi pouches.
Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots, steamed
- 3 medium apples, raw or lightly steamed
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 cup loosely packed mixed greens or spinach
Instructions
- Steam carrots. Add apple for last few minutes.
- Blend everything with 3/4 cup steaming water until smooth.
- Fill 3 large and 3 small pouches. Freeze for the week.
