Turn your mango lassi into a puree and spoon it into a Squooshi reusable food pouch for a delicious on the go snack for your kids!

Here is a simple and delicious recipe perfect for your child's lunchbox Squooshi or as an on-the-go snack.   I made this for Reid's lunchbox today using frozen cubes of mango.  The cubes were a little harder to blend so I added a splash of coconut milk to get the blender moving.  Reid says..."tastes like frozen yogurt!".   This recipe makes 1 large Squooshi and would probably fill one more large pouch, but it was so good I finished it off myself!  This would be great to make in a larger batch and freeze for a frosty treat.  Just double or triple the recipe and fill as many Squooshi reusable food pouches as you have on hand.    Want some extra greens for your little one?  I'm sure a handful of spinach thrown in here would be just as good.  Enjoy!

1 Cup Mango cubes (fresh, frozen or thawed)
1/2 Cup Full Fat plain yogurt
Pinch of ground cardamom
Puree in your blender of choice and spoon into your Squooshi.
