Returns


We guarantee you will love Squooshi reusable food pouches. Squooshi food pouches are made with the greatest of care for the health of your children, and our world. However, if you are unsatisfied you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund or credit for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.

Defective or Damaged items


If any items in your order arrived damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately, including a photo of the box and product(s), your Order number, and the best number for us to call you back.  We will refund or replace the item as soon as possible.


Return Instructions


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10845 Wheatlands Ave., Suite C, Santee, California, US, 92071 along with the order number or packing slip. You may contact us if you need help locating this number. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost if seller is not at fault.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@squooshi.com
